What are my payment options?
For a more convenient and easy online ordering experience for your order, Creative Vinyl Signs accepts PayPal. VISA, MasterCard, cashier’s check, money order are also accepted, call 269-782-2833 for instructions.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, once you have completed the online ordering process, we will send you a confirmation email to your registered email.
Can I check the status of my order online?
Not at this point in time. But our customer service department will gladly answer your calls and emails within 24 hours of receiving them.

How long can the banners and signs last?
Under extreme weather conditions, your banners and signs will last a few years. The vinyl we use has a life expectancy of 5+ years. We also have a premium vinyl with life expectancy of 7+ years. Indoors applications will last many more years.
Can you customize and add our logos and photos into the order?
Yes, we support pictures up to 300 d.p.i and artwork including logos and taglines and custom icons too. Email us your files and we will be able to insert it into your order. If you need us to create or recreate the icons, logos and symbols for you, there would be extra charge. Please contact us for a detailed quotation on that.
Are the colors we see on the screen exactly the way I would see them when we receive the banners/signs?
The computer screen is not able to give a completely accurate picture of the colors of your order, but it is fairly accurate as to how it will look.
Do you ship outside of USA?
Yes, but please contact us for shipping charges before placing your order.
Are banners hemmed and grommeted?
Yes. All banners are made from at least 10 oz vinyl material and are hemmed and grommeted. Hemmed banners are generally more attractive and durable than those that are not. Being grommetted means that the banner comes with brass lined holes and is ready for hanging. Other options are available such as pole pockets, etc.
How long will it take before I get my order?
Depending on the shipping method that you choose, your order can arrive in 1-3 days. Generally, orders received on or before 11 a.m. CST through creativevinylsigns.com will arrive at your doorstep in 7 full working days.
Will the full color banners, yard signs, decals, etc. be laminated?
All full color items are laminated except banners.
What if I want to cancel my banner, signs order?
As much as we would like to oblige cancellation of orders, we would only be able to cancel them if work has not begun. We would advise you to call (269-782-2833) to cancel your orders and we can advise if production has started or not.
